Quiet in Hungary, Serbia

Due to the fact that both Budapest teams, Wolves and Cowboys, play only one game this fall – one among each other – they've been relatively quiet compared to other teams, especially the Wolves. Since the game is a Hungarian league game that also counts for the CEFL, and because of the fact that it's the teams' only game, they were able to circumvent the rules and not register any players for the CEFL fall season.

This is not entirely true for the Cowboys, who have released and licensed players because they still have hopes of making it to the playoffs, unlike the Wolves, but among the players they released is their quarterback from the spring Jack Lydic who did not return to the team. Among the new players, there are no new imports, which lowers their chances in this one, must win, game.

As for the Serbian teams, the Dukes were the only active team, registering three of the players that left for another Serbian team early this season – defensive tackle Nebojša Mirković, safety Miloš Nikšić and offensive tackle Aleksandar Doder. They also registered two additional players from other Serbian teams.

Unlike them, and unlike what they did last season, the Vukovi did not get any players from other Serbian teams. They did register 7 players from their juniors program, and one more – their coach John Harper. Harper played one game of the Serbian league against a team the Vukovi had no chance of losing to, and using that logic, he may suit up for the Vukovi's game against Zagreb.
