Mitrovica earns first win
Marko Malović, Goran Košutić

The Legionaries didn`t finish the season without a win after all. They defeated the Silverhawks in Ljubljana 12-0 in their last match of the season, therefore getting even with the Slovenian team for a dramatic loss in the first part of the season, and also somewhat improving the bad impression they had made, especially after convincing defeats in their last few games.
The Silverhawks on the other hand were defeated for the third straight time. The Legionaries took the lead on a sneak by quarterback Ratko Santrač for his first career touchdown.
Ljubljana played especially poor this time, and Darko Šimleša took advantage of one of their mistakes, recovering a fumble by Rok Milek in the second quarter and taking it for a touchdown and the game`s final score.
The Silverhawks have one more match in Novi Sad, where they`ll try to get a win for the first time in the season`s second part.
