The coming weekend will be the climax of the season with all conferences playing their games. At least two playoff participants will be known after the games end. In Western Conference, Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants are welcoming Ljubljana Silverhawks, while in the Eastern Conference, Belgrade SBB Vukovi play host to Budapest Cowbells. In the Central Conference Kranj Alp Devils will greet Zagreb Patriots in the finals and Domzale Tigers will host Sarajevo Spartans.
Both the Giants and the Silverhawks have won their games versus the Blue Devils in the Western Conference. Now they play each other for the place in the CEFL Bowl XI. Top team from this conference is the automatic finalist, playing the Wild Card game winner. The game from Graz will be streamed live over the internet.
In the Eastern Conference, SBB Vukovi will secure their spot in the Wild Card with a win over the visiting Cowbells. Visitors from Hungary also have a chance to take the leading position by storm with a win by at least 26 points. Winner of this conference will host the Wild Card game greeting the Central Conference finals champion.
Two teams vying for that role are the Alp Devils and Patriots. They will pit against each other in the conference finals for a shot at the title that goes through the Wild Card game. Meanwhile, winless Tigers will try to end their tribulations and get one in against the Spartans who have secured their third spot in the Central Conference.
