Novi Sad, Belgrade, crush their opponents in Serbia
The Novi Sad Dukes and the Vukovi Belgrade cruised to easy wins in the opening round of the Serbian league. Especially convincing was the Vukovi’s win in Vrbas, where they won 62-0. Compared to that, Dukes’ win in Vršac was nowhere near as big, although it was 46-13
Ljubljana forms second team
Because of a continued roster growth, the Ljubljana Silverhawks have formed a second team. Just last year, their head coach Uroš Valant told CEFL Online that although the team is struggling to find new players, they are hoping for things to improve

Under the proposed schedule CEFL’s third, but in some ways inaugural, season will start on the 12th of April, or on that particular weekend, with three games
Vezmar goes to Budapest
Something that doesn’t happen often in CEFL -- player transfers -- will happen with news that Filip Vezmar will join the Budapest Wolves. Even more unusual in this case is that Vezmar is leaving the Novi Sad Dukes, leaving to play football in a different country

In 2008, CEFL will be more international than ever -- with the Wild Boars out of the league and three other teams becoming new members, Serbia no longer has the largest number of teams. Instead, Hungary will also be represented by two teams, one of which are the Budapest Cowboy
The Vukovi go pro
The Vukovi Belgrade have found a replacement for their Head Coach -- replacements that is, with two professional player-coaches from the US. William Blocker and Jordan Green will arrive in Belgrade no later then the 20th of February
Sviatkó leaves the Wolves
Sviatkó’s CEFL kicking career has been put on hold as he has switched teams, leaving the Budapest Wolves and landing with a team from Austria.
