Must win scenario for Boars
Kragujevac`s (un)expected defeat in Novi Sad eliminated a whole lot of calculation for the reigning Serbian champions - win all the rest, or (likely) go home. The regular season lasts two more games for the shell-shocked Wild Boars, and first of them, against the Ljubljana Silverhawks, is due this Saturday
Belgrade still too good
With all their effort to surprise the favored Belgrade Vukovi, the Legionaries came up short and were defeated 33-7 to record their 6th loss of the season. The weakened Vukovi won, but not as convincingly as the score might say, as the home team held on for the first half. Quarterback Andrej Tasić missed the match because of injury, but his brother, wideout Pavle Tasić scored twice
